Many global filter buyers and fleet managers have many questions about filter selection and use. Here we sort out the most frequently asked professional questions to help you purchase and use filters correctly.

Q1: How often should heavy-duty filters be replaced?

Under normal working conditions, oil filters are recommended to be replaced every 10,000–20,000 km, fuel filters every 20,000–30,000 km, and air filters according to the dust degree of the working environment. Harsh environments need shorter replacement cycles.

Q2: Will aftermarket filters damage the engine?

Qualified OE-standard aftermarket filters will not damage the engine. On the contrary, unqualified low-cost fake filters with poor filtration precision are the main cause of engine wear.

Q3: Are your filters compatible with original equipment?

All our replacement filters are 1:1 OE compatible, fully matching original size, installation interface and filtration parameters, no modification needed, plug and play.

Q4: Can I mix different filter models in one container?

Yes. We support mixed loading of oil filters, fuel filters, air filters and hydraulic filters to help wholesalers enrich product categories and reduce procurement costs.

Q5: How to get filter samples?

We provide free filter samples, customers only need to bear the courier freight. It is the most direct way to verify product quality.
